Ah yes!
It’s Saturday and I deeply apologize for NOT getting the morning newsletter out at 5:30am.
The fact I’m getting it out NOW actually rather impresses me.
At the pool yesterday, my right ankle decided to join my left ankle in “let’s stop working!”
Luckily I was still holding my cane, so I could lower myself half naked on the bench….
… and wait for it to work once more.
That happened (yay), I hobbled out to the pool for the usual aquajogging, but wow…
During the WHOLE time my husband was talking about science and stuff he learned, my entire mind was screaming at me, you’re hopeless! You’ll never recover! Why are you even bothering trying to make things better?
That voice is SO annoying, you know? So I kinda stomped on it and promised myself that when I went home, I’d rest in bed and work from there.
Which is what happened.
So yay there.
But yesterday was mainly a wash. 🙁
Today should be better!

It’s Friday and I deeply apologize for NOT getting the morning newsletter out.
The school lockdown ended at 4pm or so…
… and all (including my youngest) was safe. Turns out an idjut kid thought it would be really funny to send a snapchat to threaten a school shooting.
Can you believe that in this day and age????
Horrible.
Anyways, Wednesday was a complete wash for me.
But yesterday was pretty good – did an hour of biking at home (yay!), did 45 minutes of aquajogging with the husband (yay!), the husband made a great lunch (yay!) and well…
I also revisited an idea that I had created 5 whole years ago…
And what a sales video I had made back then!
Ah… memories!! I remember having a lot of fun making that video…
I need to do more like that as well. 🙂
