I deeply apologize for missing this mornings newsletter… and here it is!

I’ve basically decided to remove myself as much as possible from the daily insanities that people are going thru wrt 2020 – covid, the elections, the riots, the protests…
Main thing is to take care of the family and that’s my focus.
Yesterday was decent – looked for another gym to no avail (no sauna/hot tubs/etc available which the husband needs). Walked the moose again (yay!) and I will confess – I’m looking forward to my own service dog sometime in the future. My mobility is getting worse but so long as there’s a way to cope….
It’s all good.
Was supposed to get a flu shot but napped again and…
Here I am! 🙂

My gosh…. kids.
One of the best things around is knowing your kids have become independent…
… so you can simply focus on *you* and the things that are important to you.
In my case, its me and me spouse!
So while the insanity is raging about us….
I’m simply focusing on my health and husband yes.
All of that.
Yesterday was a good day – the husband and I went to the local fitness center (we had gone there before after the pool disappeared from our current gym) to see if it could work…
Gnope.
Oh well. Came home and kept planning for this week and …
