Ah yes, Tuesday!

Ever wake up one morning and think to yourself:
“Jeepers self, I’m just too… scared… to put myself out there! What if people laugh? What if my product or site fails?”
If you’ve ever thought this before, not to fear….
You’re definitely NOT alone!
The gut-wrenching agony of doubting yourself…
… or dealing with analysis/paralysis because so long as you’re still in analyzing mode, you don’t have to, and I quote, “Put up or shut up”….
Well, the plain fact is, it can cause you to fall into a rut, spin your wheels, and end up costing you your morning coffee (because if you don’t do anything to produce income, you’ll end up with, well, no income!).
But, see, here’s the thing.
The only person you can count on to make things happen… is you!
Not your friends, not your family, not your network, not your coach….
*You*.
So what do you do if you find yourself not willing to believe in yourself?
Simple. You choose to recognize the greatness within you, and give it permission to come out.
And yep, the *idea* is simple… but the execution?
Well, that’s a whole ‘nother story indeed.
Of course, self-confidence and the ability to put yourself out there can be a really scary concept, especially if you’re not in peak health or the prime of your life…
But the good news is you can choose to be brave!

It’s a rather cool discussion on what happens when you *choose* to confront your fears; quite often, a fear faced headon results in a fear that has turned into a friend.
‘Matter of fact, the subject for gaining the courage to be brave and start your entrepreneurial journey would make for a great blueprint or blog topic!
You could structure it like so:
Step 1.) Define and name your fear. If it helps, think of your fear like a dragon named, say, ‘Fluffy’… Fluffy cares deeply about you, but has the social abilities of a fossilized clam. So Fluffy tries to scare you… in order to protect you. Your challenge is to be open to naming and defining that particular fear
Step 2.) Read up on how others faced similar fears
Step 3.) Apply them yourself!

Yep, it is Monday!
I missed yesterday again. 🙁
This weekend was simply crash and burn time for me, alas.
Which, of course, is NOT good, but hey.
These things happen.
Yesterday was basically rest rest rest rest – with my body complaining every step of the way.
I SO miss the days when I could basically work 24 hours nonstop and then start the next day, but it is what it is.
However, it’s life and as you know… life is sometimes character-building. I will *never* give up and I will *always* ensure I bounce back.
And just because I like it sooo much… here’s some good thingees!
A few weeks ago, I commissioned some awesome artwork for my youngest. See, my youngest is writing young adults science fantasy novel… and dragons appear within it.
So here’s the first panel – my youngest taming a dragon:
And then the second panel… flying home.
My fav artist Crowden Satz did the work:
And if you knew my youngest… you’d see that is a perfect resemblance to him.
Another reason why I wanted to make this:
The dragon can also represent my youngest’ fears.
And taming those fears is a hugely Good Thing.
