Good Morning!
My apologies for the latest of this breakfast – last night I was kicked off my feet twice in adult karate sparring (but got up both times and launched myself right back!), went to bed at 10pm, got up at 2am, went to bed at 4am, got up at 5:30am…and then after the kids went to school, my youngest decided it would be great fun to do our 2.4 mile circle walk in the rain. We just returned 1/2 an hour ago (utterly soaked – it was a blast as Lings don’t believe in umbrellas), and now I finally have time to make today’s Lingstar’s Gourmet Blogger Breakfast. .

Today is the 19th year anniversary of the Tiananmen Square Massacre, so in honor of that, the Lingstar Gourmet Blogger Breakfast consists of :
Salty Soybean milk soup with fresh chives and You Tiao (chinese cruller), Xiao Long Bao Soup dumplings, Scallion pancakes rolled with beef, and Soup Noodles with Pickled Cabbage and Pork, with China Drum Mountain White Cloud Tea!
This is a classic Chinatown breakfast and let me tell you, it’s yumness beyond all sanity! Sit back, relax, and enjoy a virtual breakfast to keep you in fine fettle for the hours to come…And remember, feel free to share these virtual goodies with your blogger friends as well!
