LIFESTYLE – How To Easily Build Your Business When You’re Sicker Than A Canine Moose

Today, I woke up super-sick.  WAH!

Morning!  Yesterday, I started to come down with what my kids brought home, and today I woke up with massive swollen glands, super-painful throat and the awesome ability to wake up the entire house (okay my husband) with my renditions of the NONSounds of Silence.

After an hour of trying to sleep once again and failing delightfully, I started engaging my usual “What BarbLing does when BarbLing is under the weather” excitements and then realized that Hey!  This is a grand opportunity to share with my PuP group some health coping techniques.

I break my work down into several categories:

  • * Zero effort work (updating FB/social sites)
  • * Easy work (writing what I know about)
  • * Difficult work (stuff that takes research)
  • * Future work (stuff that takes planning)

A clear mind (ie, I might feel like a Mack-Truck-flattened muffin on the Internet Highspeed Roadway but I’m an intelligent muffin!) means I can tell myself, OK self, you know you’re going to crash and burn in a few hours.

Make those few hours productive by doing zero effort work and easy work by doing the following.
