Sometimes…we want to make bunches of money.
It makes sense, right?
So we charge for our services and products and rightly so.
But other times, it makes sense to reach out to customers who experience unexpected issues…and give them some help for free.
Why? Because guaranteed….your customers will remember that bigtime.
Case in point – I just finished fixing my broken site but had one more issue I just could not solve. So I dropped the most brilliant WordPress developer around, Alex, a line, asking if he could help.
His response? "Sure, set me up with a login/etc., and if time permits I'll take a look at it."
Just that offer of looking – it rocked.
Now, it turns out that I *was* able to make several educated guesses and fix my site issue (woot woot woot!) so his help wasn't needed, but still.
It's the intentions that also make the memory too.
Alex runs two site –
and his business site is:
and no, that's not my affiliate link up there….I'm happy to promote him simply because of his extremely appreciated gesture.
Thus, today, tell yourself that good deeds can go a million miles towards your benefits in the future.
Your bank account will thank you for it.
Grow strong,
