Ever start the day like this?
Like I mentioned last week, my iPhone 5s stopped working on data. Wah!
So I ordered a refurbished one from Amazon…. it came and the touch screen didn’t work. Double wah!
I returned it
with a slightly less polite note than I could have written (note to Barbara – wait before complaining).
Got a message in response – so sorry, here’s a 10% coupon off!
I responded, thanks! Any chance for 20% off?
Answer yes!
I went to purchase… and that particular phone listing had expired. More wahs! I was told, oh well, buy it anyway at the higher price, the 20% will knock it down to the original price…..
… which would have negated the 20% coupon anyways.
So…. I revisited Amazon, chose a 32meg phone instead of a 64meg phone, and ended up paying $80 less anywhos … from a different vendor.

Never be afraid to ask for more! The worst you’ll be told is, jeepers, nope.
