Yep, it is Friday and remember how I had a fantastic day on Wednesday at the gym, life and everything?
Hah!
Should have realized that I would pay for it BIGTIME yesterday.
Any energy went kinda sorta smoosh after… 1pm?
Bizarre.
Totally.
Went to bed at 6:30pm, got up at 12am until 2am, then got up again around 7am.
Figured I’d simply just kinda sorta hobble around and take things easy (which is a good thing, mind you….)
But I put on my inspirational music:
And as hoped for…. hearing it again and again and again and again and again and again and again and again and again and again and again and again and again and again and again and again and again and again and again and again and again and again and again and again and again and again and again and again and again and again and again and again and again and again and ….
… energized me enough to get this news letter done (even late)!
So anywhos, I’m hobbling around today, even inside, with the cane, because mobility.
It’s a GOOD thing.
But …
Here IS one humorous thingee.

Yep. That’s my kitchen sink.
He glared at me until I gave him his bath while cupping my hands under the water so he could splash about. 🙂 ?
