Yesterday was… hell.
SO much hell.
And the darnest thing about it?
It just… *shouldn’t* have been.
But you know how anxiety/depression/etc. can work on you. Blah.
My weight increased, which should *not* have bothered me (probably bloating/etc) but I chose to deal with it by…
Emotional eating.
Blah. So stupid.
But you know the *real* issue is about that?
It’s cyclical! Emotional eating will just put ON the pounds.
So I *should* have biked but dammit, I didn’t *want* to.
So I’m paying the price today.
Sigh.
We will see how today works.
