I decided to visit a dermatologist to see why the bacteria infection wasn’t quite healing as expected. Got 5 cortisone injections too and this time…. I decided to actually *look* while the needle was going in. I confronted my fear!

Fun stuff, aye? I was waiting for my kids to return from shopping while making that video. I like the concept, how ’bout you?
Elsewhere in Lingland, my youngest came to me last night to talk about motivation and lack of it.

It appears they aren’t working. 🙁 So, going to see another dermatologist today. Wheee!
Yesterday was character-building in the extreme. However, I did start perhaps a daily FB Live idea:
My Daily Challenge To You!
I’m still in zero-in-on-my goals mode….
So fine-tuning just what I want to teach and enhance my reputation with.
Because the day was so draining yesterday, I had 3 choices:
- Eat my unhappiness (read: 3 vanilla creme Dunkin donuts – but why eat something that would only be fun for 5 minutes or so… and then deal with the huge amount of zero-value calories?)
- Provide motivational images (I just… didn’t want to. It was time to focus on me instead of everyone else)
- Realize I had to take my mind off stuff (can you guess what I did?)
So!
I dragged myself to Planet Fitness…..
and made this.
Notice how I also incorporated in …
The Word of the Day?
Ended up doing a half out on the bike (yay!) and then picked up some non-organic veggies for soup (yay!) and then….
It definitely helped.

Where was I? Ah yes, Tuesday!
Life could be better. The skin rash I thought was poison ivy…. ain’t. It’s supposedly a bacterial infection. I’m now on sulfa drugs but this morning…. I didn’t see any improvement. 🙁 So perhaps a dermatologist visit would be wise.
And!
I had a bit of a self-confidence crisis of faith earlier…. so yesterday morning I went live on FB with this.
I want to walk the walk I talk so yep.
Additionally, I’m in massive rebrand mode. I don’t just want to be there about authority…
… because unless you have the self-esteem to *view* yourself as an authority, you’ll never take the necessary steps to get there.
So yep. There’s that.
Elsewhere in Lingland, I managed to score a hotel room for AnimeNext this weekend (it’s been sold out for the past week) . Arriving there on Saturday and returning Sunday (another kid has a prom on Friday night, so can’t leave then). Big tiring weekend I think!
