🌠Continuing on even when you just want to hide

Ever wake up one more and say to yourself:

“Jeepers self, bed looks SO wonderful… I don’t think Im going to leave it for the next 984237 years!”

Yep.

Me 3.

And the hell of it is, many things can trigger these feelings!

It could be that you’re closer to age 100 than age 0, and your body chemistry has changed, and you’re lacking the levels of serotonin that your body use to produce.

It could be that you’ve recently been hit by a major illness/accident/etc. and everything you USED to believe is true…. was brutally shaken away from you.

It could be that you were backstabbed by others in your corporate environment (I well-remember the motto of one of my past dysfunctional groups – climbing to success via footholds of the knives people stick in other people’s backs!).

It could be that your personal life got shot to hell.

etc.etc.etc.

The thing is, though…

Work still needs to be done!

Bills still need to be paid.

So how do you pull yourself out of it all?

Well, there are several ways.

1.) See your doctor! Describe everything that had happened to you. See if there’s any blood tests as well that could be run to see if you’re lacking in key chemical components for positive living.

2.) See a psychiatrist! There is ZERO wrong with realizing that possibly… meds might be a positive help. And please – ignore the pathetic BS of woo-peddlers who say, anything by Big Pharma can be equally replicated by steaming garlic in one’s belly button (or just as ridiculous a claim).

If people try to make you feel bad by you taking control of your health as YOU see fit….

Well, tweebleheads to them.

3.) Decide on music that puts you in a good mood… and play it non-stop via sites like

listenonrepeat.com

4.) Give yourself time to mourn when stuff goes negative. A HUGE amount of emotions are involved in such things – don’t bottle them up.

Process them, understand them, and then let them go.

And sure.

Other people might have it worse than you. But you’re not living their lives and they’re not living yours. Focus instead on what works best for *you*.

Finally… be open to the fact its okay that you’re NOT super person!

Give yourself permission to lever yourself out of bed and start the morning routine. If you do take meds, give your meds time to act in your body.

And then realize that unless the world is crushed by a low flying asteroid in the evening…

Chances are, you’re going to have to do the same damned thing tomorrow again and again after that.

Life CAN be tough. That’s very true.

But the Universe truly does NOT give a damn about you – you need to rescue *yourself* first and foremost.

You’re definitely a valid, grand human bean…

Make sure that rescuing is on top of your priority list.

Enjoy!
