Ever stride boldly over to your coffeemaker and then feel pummeled by a nostalgic wave of pensive emotion that washes over you, as you remember those halcyon bygone days of romance with Tasters Choice coffee?

If not, no matter.

But!

Those particular Tasters Choice coffee ads were from the early 1990s (cue the entry of “Oooo how adorable, that past!” memory soundbytes).

And make no mistake about it – including references *from* said past, or possibly even updating said past, and then even profiting from said past, makes a huge amount of sense indeed!

“Stranger Things,” you might know, takes place in the 1980s (a time of much Rutgers Math teeshirts).

And one thing that Season 3 does is it includes more than 75 (!) partnerships with brands that were popular during that time (can YOU say, New Coke)?

So how can you profit from such ideas?

Well! It seems that everyone enjoys nostalgia, you know?

But if you’re not yet comfortable about including such things, and you’ve created products before, you could see about updating such goodies and re-releasing them!

I did that myself just recently – back in 2017, I took advantage of all the great PLR that Dennis and I released and built a 5 product funnel from it. It was called The Passive Affiliate Marketing Sweet Spot and got Deal of the Day.

During the past week, I updated it to 2019, *and* took Dennis’ advice to take off the cheatsheet price.

Normally, I cap them at $4.57, but this time did *not*.

And right now, it’s at $7.60.

Talk about a lesson learned!

But I digress once more.

Incorporating nostalgia into your marketing could be the subject of a nifty 1 page cheatsheet as well! You could structure it like so:

Step 1.) See what’s nostalgic for the generation you want to appeal to

Step 2.) Read up on how to profit from nostalgia marketing

Step 3.) If not that, simply update and re-launch your past goodies
