Good morning!
Finally the aftermath of Hurricane Sandy and my 10 days without power has died down, and it’s now Day 35 after my ankle fusion.
Talk….about character-building!
Last Thursday, my cast was redone complete with a window cut into it, whee! Here are some pix (warning – graphic).
Right now, I’m finally able to keep it elevated as I should have been for the past 2 weeks so ideally…healing will continue most rapidly indeed.
Next appointment is in 2 weeks – we’ll see how things improve then!
