Well, brilliant folks that they are…. they’re now letting non-Montenegro folk buy domains that end in .me.
Clever entrepreneurs can take advantage of words that end in “me” like:
- airtime (buyCellular.airti.me !)
- anime (japanese.ani.me !)
- aflame (iAm.afl.me !)
- lame (bobIs.la.me !)
- name (JoeIsMy.na.me !)
or they can simply buy .ME domains like:
- learn.me
- TomCruise.me
- help.me
- phone.me
GoDaddy is currently offering a LandRush and pre-registration period for them that starts today and ends on June 26th; the price is $49.99 with a 2 year minimum registration. When you get to the GoDaddy site, click on
Domains | Register Domains
and you should see:
