Everyone please join me in congratulating Brandon Holcomb – this week’s winner of the Golden Coffeecup Shining Achievement award!

Brandon won it with his proaction of engagement within the group. I’ve been watching him for several weeks now and seeing how he has been growing/sharing/contributing; rather cool to watch. See, it’s all about getting *out* of one’s comfort zone and starting to put oneself out there…and Brandon is doing that wonderfully. Congrats!
