Sometimes, we receive incorrect instructions for the products we buy.
And sometimes, the download given…just does not work. 🙁
Hey, it happens (it happened two days ago when I sent a download link to a customer that read
- download-zip
instead of
- download.zip
However, you don't have to immediately panic when things don't work instantly…you can take a look at what you received and make an educated guess as to what the answer *really* should be.
Thus, today tell yourself that you will take a second look at something that fails at the first go-around.
Link doesn't work? Take a good look at it – is the domain spelled correctly? If it's a zip file, does it end in .zip? Are you even connected to the Internet? etc.etc.etc.
Chances are, there might be a possibility you can guess your way out of a simple fail.
