Mornin’!

It’s Thursday morning and I am *starving* with a capital S – for some reason, I haven’t been hungry since 3pmPST on Tuesday.  I think, however, I’m starting to feel it.  🙂

Thing is, though, I totally disagree with eat even if you’re not hungry – I cannot afford to put on more pounds (too many already) with my fused ankle and yep.   So I went to the gym at 4am, got in the elliptical, listened to my lower body shrieking in laughter and did the recumbent bike instead.  🙂 But that was okay because my motto is:

It doesn’t matter HOW little one does…so long as the effort truly is there.

Everyone grows at their own pace that works for *them*.

See, business is NOT the be-all and end all – being *good* to yourself and proactively choosing wisdom in everything (health, family, work, etc) is the smartest way to be.   That’s my new direction and I now want to invite you along for the ride!
