Pokemon came out about 17 years ago or so. I remember this because Burger King included these toy terrors in their Happy Meals when my eldest was my youngest.
A common theme throughout Pokemon is always being the very best you can be…and never giving into despair. Pokemon and Yugioh – years later, I utterly mastered both animes so I could converse intelligently with Honorable Daughter’s 1 friends (thus beginning my tenure as the Official Coolest Mom Ever; no other mother knew just why the Blue Eyed White Dragon wasn’t always the most optimal power choice). But I digress.
Little did I know, however, just how applicable that would be for my own business this Friday.
