This week I will be attending the Mike Filsaime Internet marketing mastermind up in Long Island, NY.
What I find to be rather neat about the whole thingee – I remember Mike when he was just starting out 8 or so years ago….. so I’m definitely looking forward to the learning in store for me!
Here’s me checklist to bring – whatcha think?
1.) Laptop. Goes without saying. Most likely, these folks don’t embrace 4am any more than next week’s Las Vegas folks will! 🙂
2.) Paper notebook. I use my Bell Labs notebook from 1990 or so….it’s pretty nifty to see all the work I had written there 20+ years ago! I wrote the OTO for Social Curation Ignition in that book….nice!
3.) Attitude! Sure, bunches of folks there are ‘way more successful than me…but if I go in with an apologetic attitutde, I’m dishonoring meself as well. So the goal here is to simply recognize we’re all on the same journey – just some of us are ‘way in front of the others!
Doesn’t mean we won’t catch up. 🙂
