Never laugh at folks because something that is second nature to you… is as understandable as Martian Sanskrit to another individual.

Remember – Google is your friend when it comes to finding answers. And if you don’t want to tell someone, “just google it”, then take the extra minute or so to either uncover a good source (or better, if the person really wants to learn) the search string you used to find it.

In a dozen years, people will generally never remember what you said… but they’ll always remember how you made them *feel*.

Make them feel like a winner. You have no idea the positive benefits that could result because of that.
