Ever wake up one morning and notice that the world kinda sorta ‘taint going the way you’d prefer?
What’s the best way to handle it?
Well, having gone thru bunches of such thingees meself, I personally settle for:
* Give yourself permission to get out your feelings and grieve. After all, keeping in emotions generally ends up building up pressure inside until some point… you’ll comment (rather fiercely) at the most inopportune time imaginable.
* From that, *regroup!*. Chances are, you yourself cannot change how the world operates. So instead, change how *you* operate and focus on what you *can* alter – the lives of family and friends.
* Go forth and change those lives by being as successful as possible in your chosen endeavor.
* And then… reassess once more the things outside your life that you can affect once more (who know, by that time… you might have grown into the person your Guardian Angel has meant you to become.
Your takeaway?
Sometimes life truly does imitate a vacuum cleaner.
But that doesn’t mean you should simply lay down and refuse to care.
Change what you *can*.
And provide emotional support for those who enduring what you cannot alter.
Enjoy!
