The fact is….making money online is a numbers game.

In other words….

The more people who see your offerings online…the more probabilty you have that someone will actually DO something with them.

Btw, notice how I do NOT say, the more people who will buy? Sure, that’s true too…but that’s not the only way you can make money on your site!  Visitors can optin to your newsletter, they can click on your affiliate links, they can tell their friends about your quality content….BUYING is NOT the only thing that will deliver you future profits today!

But I digress.  🙂

Anywhos, one of the best ways to gain more targeted visitors to your blog is to optimize your posts for search engines (otherwise known as indulging in SEO).  And contrary to popular belief, this isn’t difficult at all.

One of the easiest ways to start increasing your SEO is to ensure you utilize smart SEO design. 

For example, ever since the dawn of time and back when "java" actually meant "coffee", it was known that search engines checked out what headings you used.

• H1 (or Heading 1) means the words that follow – it’s the main topic of your page.
• H2 (or Heading 2) is used for sub-topics – 2 or 3 different points which you discuss on your site.
• H3 (or Heading 3) is for sub-topics that might show up under H2s.

Thus, when you write your blog posts, instead of simply using BOLD words to highlight your main points….set your Format to "Heading 2" or "Heading 3" etc.

It’s a simple change that WILL help your overall SEO visibility…and ultimately, your income’s bottom line.
