Tell Yourself Today – Sleep.

Sometimes, we really get caught up in life.

And then we find ourselves telling ourselves, well gee, I can stay up an extra hour or 748 to get my work done!

In a nutshell….do NOT do this.

2 weeks ago, I gracefully crashed and burned and only now am recovering.

And let me tell you, in the grand scheme of things – if you lose your health, you lose your ability to be successful, to be productive…to be what your family deserves.

So tell yourself today – "Hey self!  Today….I'll take a break."

Your body will thank you for it.
