‘Twas a day filled with mental noshing, know what I mean?
First, there was light workouts – yay! Can you handle the excitement my awake-since-2am face is showing?
Yep. I just powered up the solar system, I certainly did.
The later on… there was physical therapy!
Admit it, you’re wishing you could have been me.
Complete with the fused ankle. 🙂
And remember how Dennis Becker and I bought Sean Mize’s business….
And I’m pulling together our first official relaunch of his evergreen goodies….

Well!
I had to go BEYOND coffee to:
That is (what my kids fondly call) MamaBear Death Soup:
(ie, lots of peppers, scallions, 2 drops of DaBomb Sauce….)
It woke me up bigtime!
The evening saw…. really pointless drama.
Which resulted in me posting:
“As I get more and more venerable, I’m finding I watch the drama that roils around me… like a 3rd party person… quite detached.
Folks, life is short. You really, truly and honestly contribute utterly zero to the Universe by proactively being a moose-byproduct-stained tweeblehead.
Years from now, chances are, people will forget what you’ve accomplished… but they will ALWAYS remember how you made them *feel*.
And some people have a very long long long long long long long long long long long long long long long long long long long long long long long long long long long long long long long long long long long long long long long long long long long long long long long long long long long memory, indeed.
There’s peeps from 19 years ago that if they popped up out of the blue and asked for help, I’d drop everything and storm the gates of heck for them. Solely because of friendship and respect.
There’s other folk from 19-52 years ago that if they popped up and offered me zillions of dollars plus the Fountain of Eternal Coffee, or asked me for help… I’d happily show them the exact pot-hole-pitted road that Mack Trucks drive over constantly, and gently suggest they audition for Roadbump of the Year.
There’s still others who played a hugely important role in my life, years ago… and if *they* needed help, again, I’d be there (simply to honor the friendship from that particular century).
Your takeaway? The future is always unwritten… and the person you’re a jerk to today, might become the leading super affiliate tomorrow. Well, probably not, but perhaps next year.
Or next decade.
Whatever.
You never know the hero’s journey that *anyone* except yourself is currently walking. And you have less clues than a Harvard-educated sea urchin as to what challenges are smooshing the people in question…. flat.

Well, mainly because he tries to remove my fingers from my body whenever I try to type. And he is getting *ferocious*…. to the point of dive bombing my hands when I’m creating products.

Dennis Becker and I bought Sean Mize’s business.
And I’m pulling together our first official relaunch of his evergreen goodies.

Let me ask you a cute simple question.
Ever experience insanity?
I’m not talking about the Insanity Infomercial of course…..
Because not only will heck freeze over before I can do such things, Sir Richard Branson would offer an intergalactic ticket to visit on top of that….
Nope, I’m talking about sheer, simple….
Insanity.
Resplendent work-wise, that is.
Oh, and delightful kid-wise too!
Gotta love kid insanity.
Like, say, gee, I don’t know….
… when another parent requires you to sign a non-lawyered document that states said parent has sole discretion of charging you X amount a day before another agreement is reached….
… so your spouse has to take over that responsibility instead.
Luckily, that was achieved rather quickly so yay. I dare you to top it!
But add that to my challenges with Dennis Becker for making sense of the Sean Mize downloads (the man has huge quality and content but it’s more disorganized than a herd of prize steers stampeding down Main Street during the Old West)….
And yep, yesterday was a wee bit insaner than trying to tweezer-ize the Atlantic ocean into a spaghetti colander.
However, good things WERE achieved:
I got to the gym!
and there was a lazy-legged Moose Minor sighting!
and at the school district concert… I had brought my workbook from 27 years ago!
Yep…. my life.

And today….
Well I will admit – yesterday was ‘way better than Sunday!
First and most important….
Soup!
Over the weekend, I was seized by an insane desire to make beef soup, and bought a whole heapin’ mass of beef, beef bones, etc.etc.etc.
Made a glorious meal and then yesterday, added chicken, veggies, unicorn smiles, etc…. and wow, my family was in 77th heaven!
The best part was Honorable Son 1’s reaction (who btw is a gourmet chef) – I watched him take a spoonful, close his eyes in bliss and sigh happily. Now, this is the kid who INSISTS on following recipes – ie the earth would shatter into 93769347 pieces if one nanogram of a measurement was off – and always was slightly disapproving of my habit of cooking like I conjure up products (ie, zoom outside the box to visit Alpha Centuri and see what results).
Heh heh – never mess with MamaBear! 🙂
But I’m getting ahead of myself. First, I got to the pool and guess what – my phone was STILL a phone!
Lunch, I kidnapped the husband who still had some guacamole but no meal to go with it… so it was off to Chipotles!
Notice the husband-approved container in the picture. It was actually quite good – I got the Steak salad and tastes/textures were yummy indeed.
Before picking up the kids from school, further adventures saw fit to pounce upon me!
“Saw fit” – get it? Fit? HAHAHAHAHHAHAA
Oh, why am I laughing?
See, later on, I did get to the recumbent bike (and instead of saw fitting, i biked fitted!):
