Visited the tummy tuck doctor for my last followup:
It’s been 11 months now (had a revision 4 weeks ago) and yep… all systems appear to be go.
Thing is…. with my fused ankle, it’s SO TOUGH to get in exercise…. so yep, wah.
This morning, however, I posted the following:
“What to do when you can’t walk well….
You do isometrics in bed before you choose to start the day!
Around 80% of the time, I’m getting in 30 minutes of isometrics before moseying to the coffeemaker in the morning.
Might not be much… but it’s *something*.
And *something* is the key to getting on the better path for your health.”

Is building a list:
- Getting email addresses?
- Storing email addresses?
- Getting permission to contact the owners of those email addresses?
Or can it also be:
- Having a “space” like a Slack Channel to promote your offers?
- Owning a FB group where you can promote your offers?
For my personal take, having a list means you *possess* a way to contact people that *cannot* be taken away from you.
But there’s the thing!
Lots of people when starting out…
… they do NOT want to spend money on anything. ie, it’s the Internet, it should all be free!
And *that* ends up costing them money in the long run.
