Elsewhere in LingLand, robotics competition this entire weekend (so one kid will go missing) and my eldest two (who will be attending the same college next year) are figuring out rooming for said year. One of the weird benefits from this college: there are NO dorms available, so they’re kinda sorta thrust into the adult world of housing negotiation a wee bit ahead of their peers.
