It be Monday!
And good news indeed… the kick I needed to level myself up to Barb Ling 2.0 happened yesterday.
’twas sad, mind you (as it involved more delightful communications from yet another kid) but it yep…
Necessary.
For my entire freakin’ life, I was raised to focus on kids/husband/family.
Being an entrepreneur during much of that did take up lots of time… but I always managed to put family first.
And now that given all the kids are launched into their lives…
It’s time for me to focus on *me*.
Just like I mentioned yesterday:
It’s fascinating to realize what saying words to the effect of “If you don’t treat me with respect, I do not want you home. I have a limit and you have passed it” can do.
That kid will be showing up today. We’ll see how it all goes.

Yesterday, had a great time with the husband by going to the park, then … well, then my back went ouch, so he dropped me off back home and did the shopping.
He takes very good care of me.

Woke up, took care of business and then yet another delightful communications with one of my kids.
