Ever get really pissed off when people accuse you of fear-mongering because you happen to have a Chinese spouse who could access all the hidden data most Americans could not, so you decided to share it far and wide, and then got negative feedback for those activities?
Hmmm. Given the uniqueness of those 2 questions, probably not. However, as one of the very few people who said 2 questions applies to directly, let me tell you…
Seeing what you predicted come to life sure as heck ain’t fun. 
As you’re probably aware, Covid19 (aka Corona Virus) is rapidly becoming a pandemic around the world. And if the US follows the same patterns as did China (which looks reaaaally probable alas….
… chances are, it’s going to take at least a few months to finally level off.
Now, educating yourself on real-time, real-world Covid19 data/resources luckily isn’t that difficult – you can visit sites like:

to see how the virus is migrating ’round the world, and also check out fact-based FB groups like:

But here’s something ELSE to ponder upon.
Did it ever occur to you that scumbuckets of waste and doom (aka scammers) might use the Corona scare to try and steal from you?

It discusses 3 ways that criminals are exploiting your fears:
1. Fake Websites
Malicious individuals will setup fake coronavirus-related websites. These websites offer a “cure” to the virus. Such cures can consist of natural and pharmaceutical remedies, vaccines, testing kits, and other bogus health solutions. The key to determine if a website is fake is to check multiple items.
2. Spoofing Government and Health Care Organizations
Hackers are already impersonating the UN’s health agency in an effort to carry out a variety of scams, from account takeovers to phony donation requests and the spread of malware. The FTC is also warning of spoofed emails, text messages, and phone calls that claim to be from the Centers for Disease Control (CDC).

Seems like these days… I’m either alive or not.

Well, it’s because of some current strife I’ve been going thru.
I do apologize for that.
However, yesterday certainly DID take the cake… and walking thru *that* fire was…. character building.
However, ’twas such even if incredibly painful, a Very Good Thing indeed.
I’m going to probably do a FB live about it and will share that with the BarbVIP newsletter above (so definitely sign up for it!).
Yesterday saw a whoooole lot of soul searching.
And how people are a whole bunch of complexities…. and even when some things mesh, there are times you must recognize that some things instead will always be unique and never change.
That’s okay.
If you have the courage and strength of self (which I admit – I lacked during these 2 days) – you can ….
… not overcome it, because its not something to overcome or conquer.
Instead, it’s something to accept, like the sun rises every day, the mooose needs feeding every day, coffee needs brewing every day…
It’s just *there*.
And that is okay.
Your takeaway from this perkup?
A jigsaw puzzle can still be beautiful if one piece is a different color than the rest but still fits within the puzzle.
A very powerful lesson indeed.

I cannot remember a time in my past where things have been so… tough to deal with.
Its’ quite the experience.
And I’m not even on the frontlines.

I know of several, so every morning I take the time to send funny memes and such to help raise their spirits.
Then I check on my family…
And then *ideally* I start the day.
