It’s Monday!
Actually, gnope – it’s still Sunday at around 6pm or so.
Sunday was really really REALLY good.
First, I did a FB live about ensuring that online bullying does NOT affect you. You can catch it at:
I feel VERY strongly about this. I tend to share ‘way too much at times myself, but WOW…
I *hate* online bullies with an undying passion.
So, instead of silencing bullies (which is tough to ensure)… I figured that offering a video about neutering ’em would be ‘way more appreciated.

And exercise-wise… unstoppable I was!
Well okay.
I did an hour on the bike:

And then in the afternoon, we had a very sleepy PiggyMoose:

and in the evening, the Beak of Doom (yes, the same BoD you see in the video above) allowed mere mortals like ourselves to bask in his radiance:
Quite a good day indeed. Got lots of work done as well… and ideally will awaken early on Monday to start the day once more.

Every wonder how people like me can crank out quality on this forum, day after day, week after week, month after month, etc…
But not only that. Even when I’m feeling extremely smooshed, I can still write superb content (so that you couldn’t tell I was falling asleep on the keyboard).
So it’s only natural that you might say to yourself:
“Jeepers self, how on earth DOES she do it??”
Well, it’s a matter of discipline for one… and several billion other discplines that I have to follow.
But if you crave a quicker bigger roundup:
Might be your cup of tea instead.
Why? Because it gives the reader a sneak peak at what goes on for ‘content’ from this rather powerful expert.
Following the experts ==> GOOD!
Some of the key bullet points hit it right on the mark:

* Develop a daily writing habit…
* Repeat yourself, but from a new perspective… (this particular tip is gold!).

It’s Sunday!
Actually, gnope – it’s still Saturday at around… 6:30pm or so.
Took my youngest on a 200 mile round trip – dropped him off to see his friend and meet their family. Really nice folk – it was very enjoyable time indeed! Now, true, the drive back in all that traffic was *not* but hey.
I normally do not do lots of socializing due to the inability of staying painfree for a good period of time, but it’s nice to rejoin the world every now and then. Makes me miss the marketing conventions at times.
