Big huge drive, though… so perhaps I’ll let the husband take the kids and I’ll stay home working today. Almost always, I choose to bag work in favor of kids… but I’m feeling pretty energetic this morning and have an insane desire to Get Things Done.

Where was I? Ah yes, Saturday!
SO proud of my youngest.
The kid was having difficulties studying for tests…. so the kid made flashcards (normal thing to do) but ALSO gamified them as well – kid put 10 points, 30 points, 100 points, etc. on each card, and after review ended up with either a “win” or a “loss”. No prizes mind, you, but it just inspired the kid to keep going in studying.
Never heard of doing that before, did you? Kid ended up with a 95 on the quiz too… so yay.
And! Visited my surgeon at askbling.com/parker – most likely will return there for another procedure (for my face). My take is, your body is your own… and if you want to change it in any way, more power to you. I had a tummy tuck back in January of 2016 and am highly pleased with that… more soon.

In other Lingland news, got to the gym (yay!) and also visited the surgeon who did my tummy tuck last year…. looking at opportunities to revisit some folds on my face. Btw, mine was done at www.parkercenter.net/ – super happy with the results from Dr. Parker (I can highly recommend him, he’s based in Ridgefield, NJ).
