Fact is, creating excellent membership sites is something that could make for a great blueprint as well. You could structure it like:
Step 1.) Have a way to receive payments
Step 2.) Decide on how you want to structure your memberships (it can require tools)
Step 3.) Figure out what kind of content you want to provide
Step 4.) Make it so!

Yep, it is Saturday!
Yesterday was quite the energetic day: well, just about everything.
Did morning bike! Did morning Planet Fitness! Did morning swim!
That’s the good news.
The bad news is it totally smooshed me:
“You know the toughest part of taking ownership of your own physical/mental/spiritual/emotional health?
You are in control of it.
So if you need to lose weight and yet continue to eat poorly, you own it.
If you need to lose weight and continue to eat fruit which for some reason adds to your weight, you own that too (raises hand).
If you need to make money but don’t create the products that people will buy, you own it.
If you need to make money, create the products but for some reason, nobody buys them, you own that too.
In ALL of the above cases… you own it *all*.
You can never change how others act, but you can always choose to train yourself how to *react* in that brief moment of time between provocation and your reaction.
Why am I writing this?
Because for the last 5 months, I have lost and gained the same 10 pounds and I am sick and tired of it.
Sure, I can blame my fused ankle in that I can’t walk well now (no more beloved 2.4 mile circle walks!).
And I can say that wow, walking at 1/4 the speed at home *very carefully* because your body is in recovery mode (great workouts at home, Planet Fitness and the pool), it really is the opposite of joyful prancing in the moonlit sunlight.
Thing is, the Universe doesn’t give a damn about you. You choose NOT to heal, your body will still degrade.
You *have* to take ownership of *everything* in your life. Even if you feel like you’ve failed 8769837 times in the past, well hey, the future is always unwritten. So perhaps the next attempt will succeed…..
IF you give yourself permission to try.
Your takeaway?
If you’re above ground, you’re already ahead.
Take advantage of that.

However, after 3 hours of sleep, I was able to walk slightly better than your usual garden type zombie, so it was all good.
So yep… while taking back control of my health is heck, its ultimately worthwhile.
