Where was I? Ah yes, Saturday!
That moment.

That moment when you finally give yourself permission to rest and wake up the next day!
Yep yesterday was mainly a “See Barbara. See Barbara sleep! Sleep Barbara, sleep!” which happily… I did.
‘Course, I DID get to the gym in the morning and you can see how utterly thrilled I was about that (does the phrase from Monty Python “and there was much rejoicing!” ring a bell? :))
Came home, brought out the big guns:
And then just basically said, flap it all.
I’m falling asleep on the keyboard….
And I called it a day.
Slept a lot, woke up this morning at 3:30am….
And I’m doing much much MUCH better today.

An Honorary Ling kid contacted me (my kids’ friends will reach out to me for help in solving their issues)….
And I can so relate to what that kid was going thru.
It’s so tough not to believe in oneself, can you relate?
Didn’t get to the gym either, did teach myself a bit of split testing….
And yep.
Today I’m running on empty.

Really glad it’s the weekend.
