I will confess, yesterday was totally shot.
I did manage to get to Physical Therapy though so yay but yep…
Bedrest/sleep kind of day.
Slept for 10 hours during the evening and methinks I’m much more alive today so yay!
LingLand wise, all is well. Some kids will be coming home for Fall Break so yay again!
My gosh, what a week… it’s so good that I can take off when needing to…. and returning back to life when more optimal.

More insanity!
Yesterday was… character building indeed.
First! Took the husband to get stitches out. The picture is not AS graphic as the last one:
Thing is, it started to weep so we’re going to visit there again to see if another stitch needs to be put in.
After that, we took my sister in law and husband to the big huge mall (it has a Ferris Wheel inside!) and had a great Hibatchi lunch:

And then we visited my youngest!
He’s now the tallest person in our family.
Amazing.
Came home finally by 8pm.
It’s SO exhausting sometimes. I’m ‘way behind in my product creation…. but I simply HAVE to catch up on my sleep after this newsletter is done (I’m writing it at 3:30m)

Yesterday, the husband and I took our my sister in law/husband out for lunch! But first, behold The Court Jester Moose and his tough life:

That will be coming soon! I got up at 3am yesterday to make things happen… and then got up today to do the same. SO MUCH WORK but the good news is, If I can pull it off… I will have excellent templates I can use for future launches.
It’s worth the pain.

Today’s rant is about not being an entitled ass! Yeah, I said it… and this must be addressed.
2 days ago, I received an email from a guy who signed up for my gifts site. He just had one line in his email – “Give me log in or return my f*#King dollar”
He actually spelled out the word without the *# … I’m being kind to you.
This is a major error. I’m not nice like April Lemarr or patient like Tiffany Lambert. Bringing me attitude like this is NEVER a good idea. We live in times where everybody thinks that the world owes them a living.
I set up the gifts site to help the list out… not to deal with keyboard warriors. I booted this clown off my list and asked him to send me the transaction ID so I could refund his miserable dollar.
See… if you need help, be polite and I’ll bend backwards to help you. If you try to be nasty, I’ll sort you out real quick. I’m not one of those guys who believes that the customer is always right.
Now, let’s talk about another guy. He sent me a support ticket “no access info received for order below” and gave me his PayPal transaction ID.
My reply – “Hello, you’ll need to log into your JVZoo customer portal to access the download. Log in here: customer.jvzoo.com/portal/purchases – If you still can’t get it, reply this ticket and I’ll sort it out.”
And he sends me this – “guys pls, I would not ask if I could download from jvzoo, it is not provided in purchases, that’s the case…”
I reply – “Hello, I can’t find your transaction. I’ll need details. The day you purchased it, the ID, etc. Thanks.”
His reply is this – “they did not sent anything, all I have is data from paypal I sent you with ticket. Check your paypal and please provide download or refund asap. If there is an error of paypal jvzoo integration it’s not my problem dude…”
See… another major mistake. I’m trying to help this guy out and he’s being an ass… and he still hasn’t told me the date of his purchase… and I need this detail.
Let’s be clear here – things online don’t always work smoothly. There will always be glitches every now and then. No excuse to give me attitude….”
