Woke up, took care of business and then yet another delightful communications with one of my kids.
It’s fascinating to realize what saying words to the effect of “If you don’t treat me with respect, I do not want you home. I have a limit and you have passed it” can do.
Communications did go better, but after a talk with the husband…
Phase 2 of my life. Marriage 2.0! Same husband of course… but it will be solely him and me.
Kids are out in the world, on their own…
… and it’s time they have their lives to make grand.

Back still ow, but doc appt tomorrow! 11:30am.
Today, the husband and I will go shopping and then walk the moose and continue to work.

Back is still ow, but still above ground so yay.
And are you dealing with lockdown stress or family miscommunications or …
I sure am.
Not talking with some of my kids, as:
- Our beliefs differ on some things… and they appear to be willing to sever ties for that for the short term future.
Was heartbroken for some time but…
I cannot choose how others behave, AND I will not change my views to make others happy (even my kids).
Happiness has to come from within… and ideally, they will recognize that. I also think they have ideas about me that are untrue… but that’s for them to realize.
It sure looks like the foreseeable future will be more redefining, but we’ll see.
The reinventing of myself has definitely gone ‘waaaay slower than I had wanted but…
I suppose getting older might have something to do with it!
I’m considering something really radical today….
And if its successful, I will blog about it.
