Very good day yesterday was!
Did my hour of biking…
… wrote up a great template for a low-cost goodie that Dennis and I will be releasing ideally today…
Had great convos with the husband about life in general.
Where we’ve been during the past huge amount of years and how the coming year is shaping up.
Oh! And Mo (the Amazing Mowing PiggyMoose) finally decided that yes, cuddling was good:
(One of the benefits of being, ahem, rather gifted in the chest area – it makes for a great piggyPlatform. Mo climbed up and then I buttoned my work shirt loosely around him; he ended up crawling into the sleeve and staying there happily. That’s my bed workstation btw that my husband built me for when times get tough and bedrest is required).
And! Had a great talk with another of my kids about life outside of college… was able to share all of my past dinosaur experiences (while working back then, I’m sure, has different aspects now… somethings will always be there. Like corporate politics).

Letting go.
It’s a powerful concept, you know?
For many many many many years, I’ve some issues with letting go of some things in the past.
Looking back in hindsight, its understandable just how f’d up it all became.
It was only until I truly realized how it was hurting my husband that I made the rather wise choice of making things happen.
Still, to this day, I find myself apologizing every now and then (the husband always responds, you don’t have to, given who you were at that time, you did the best you could).
Which I appreciate greatly.
Still, though, beating up on myself is something I will confess is hard, every now and then, to let go.
Can you relate?
