Anywhos, my thoughts about the 2nd picture:
“Speaking of motivational pix, here’s me from 2009. Certainly have changed over the past 6 years, aye?
More “Your Takeaways” – it took me 18 months or so to lose the 50+ pounds I had carried ‘way back when.
So you can get to your ideal body weight… but then weight can creep up if you don’t embrace the ideal lifestyle for you. Getting my ankle fused and experiencing an increased lack of mobility – yep, that contributed towards adding on the pounds.
I can either blame others for it or take ownership of it. There’s reasons why folks gain weight… and lots of times, it’s NOT solely because they eat for pleasure. Stay tuned…..”

In other news, signed the kid up for driving school, and he passed the written part on his first try.
And thus will begin another series of grey hair, teaching him how to drive.

Ever wake up one morning and think to yourself:
“Jeepers self, I so wish I could figure out how to get more customers without having to invest for paid advertising!”
Well, if so, there’s one thing you need to internalize.
You first *need* something to drive that traffic *to*!
If you don’t have that, you’re already hobbling yourself for your future profits.
Therefore, before you think “moar traffic”, think first:
WIIFT?
ie,
What’s in it for them (people considering your site) TO visit your site?
Not only that, but…
What sorts of content do you have that would resonate with others and cause them to tell *others* about your offerings?
See, with today’s belief that to gain high visibility, you have to pay…
The only way you can create more traffic for your site without paying for it is to flip the tables.
Build a reputation that has people *proactively* coming to your site as part of their morning routine.
Offer something that engages powerful emotions with the reader (good or bad, positive or negative, helpful or distracting, anything so long as the emotion triggered will compel the reader to tell their friends about you and your site).
And what is that something?
It all depends!
Luckily, there is a wealth of tutorials online that can teach you how to beef up traffic to your site at no monetary expense to you.
Heck, such a concept could be even boiled down into a one problem/one solution report.
The problem? Not enough traffic.
The solution? Add the content your readers crave and proactively let the world know about it.
Consider these steps:
Step 1.) Ensure you have pages people WANT to see
Step 2.) To help, research basic niche questions and provide answers. PLR can help
Step 3.) Put into action these free traffic generating techniques

No gym alas, although recumbent biking *did* occur:
Why no gym?
Well, my youngest figured he could take the written driver’s exam but alas… was a few months too young. However, he *can* take it via a driving school, so that’s the next thing that will be attempted.
‘sides that, I decided to test out some email marketing ideas, and released a nifty $1 goodie regarding MMO online. I’ll write more about that after the test is over.
And! Another of my kids encountered some administrative run-arounds and instead of rolling over, contested the department decision… and she won!
SO proud of her.

The worst thing someone can say is… no. Always try!.
