And I will admit – the director’s vision is audacious beyond heck!!
I utterly *adored* it. I really did!
Why?
Because to tie in the included mythologies as they did… its something nobody in their right mind would have considered but oh…
So.much.fun!!
‘sides that in Lingland, it’s really weird. Had a very good arm day but woke up this morning *again* with chronic pain. 🙁
I just don’t get it. 🙁
Still, though, all in all… a very good day indeed, even if today, I’m not doing well at all.
But that’s life… it could always be worse!

Gym! Pool! Took the kids out to celebrate graduation to TGIF and even though that was overpriced…

Don’t forget yesterdays:
Where was I? Ah yes, Friday!
Yesterday was really good and really bad.
The really good?
My youngest graduated!
Here’s the husband and me:

and that was yay!
What was lousy? I wrote this.
“Fear is lousy.
HS2 has graduated (yay!). And I have seen my last of middle school graduations (yay!)
Alas, the exertion was ‘way more taxing on me than usual. After the event, I got separated from the husband/HS1, and ended up waiting for them outside by the car. After a minute standing, I ended up sitting by the tire.
It feels like total ache/exhaustion/you name it/I feel it/etc.
Hence the fear. Body condition is degrading indeed. However, tomorrow is always unwritten, and perhaps it is simply a case of me overdoing it a weeeeee bit.
However, I am embracing said fear, working thru it, and we’ll see what lessons I wake up with, tomorrow.
Your takeaway?
Life happens. And you don’t have to be 140% SuperPerson 24×7.
When you give yourself permission to process reality, it helps you build the strength you’ll need in the future for whatever your future reality is!
So yep, you’ve heard it here first. I, Barb Ling, am afraid.
With that being said, I, Barb Ling, acknowledge said fear, will deal with said fear… and will meet the future with courage, strength and (of course) coffee.
