Where was I? Ah yes, Sunday!
Remember how heck unfroze yesterday, and it was a miserable night?
Well, yesterday was mainly me resting and giving the arm a chance to quiet down.
Which really didn’t work.
So I reframed the pain last night as something to welcome in and not fight against..
It took awhile, but sleep was eventually achieved.
I guess that as I get older and such…
…some things I need to accept as the New Norm.
Which I did.
Apparently there was lots of fireworks too …. so glad my kids have outgrown those!
Today will be more me staying quiet with the arm and just taking it easy. My life is so exciting!

Where was I? Ah yes, Saturday!
Heck unfroze.
After a great Thursday sleep, by 10pm, I posted:
So. Giving up on sleep. At least yesterday was a good night… so one day yes, one day no – it’s an improvement. Kinda sorta. Coffee?
So not good. 🙁
But these things happen.
I did get to the gym, mind you:
Look how excited I am.
How very very very excited.
Sigh. But at least I got there!

So appreciative I am!

I also took the kids to Jerusalem Pizza (orthodox veggie/salad/pizza place) and it was grand! There was a farmers market on the other side, where I discovered this rule:
I got 6 big huge spring onions (think giant scallions) which the kids found amusing too.
Given zero sleep, I hope to nap today.

It really did.
I actually had my first not-agonizing sleep night in a week.
Arm is still smooshed mind you, but much more tolerable and I slept past 4am.
