Now I understand just why my husband was so frustrated the day before – he had wasted literally 5 hours during 3 online customer care calls.
Insane.
So the manager decided to help out… and ran into the exact same issue the husband did the day before.
Needless to say… we got superior customer service after that. 🙂

So it does look like I need to schedule an ortho appointment yet again, and see if any new bumps have decided to make my spine extremely unhappy.
Ah well, these things happen. The husband insisted I stay home and take it easy, which I did (aka no gym) but things could be worse.
In other Lingland news, I did get to the pool (yay!) but as it was pretty cold…. I did NOT stay there and instead, I chose to bike.
