Managed to not only get to exercise, but get back to more teaching as well.
VERY happy about this.
The state of the world these days…
Some people are hijacking rightful protests for their own personal gain and that is horrible. 🙁
No matter where you find yourself… take care of yourself and those you love.
And if you proactively SEE racism happening, if you can call it out, do so. There is no absolute that ALL of one race or ALL of one orientation or ALL of one profession are ALL the same… but bad apples certainly do exist.
The one thing that organizations fear the most is people actually *talking* to one another, instead of trying to destroy each other (while they lie in wait to take advantage of the situation).
We *will* get thru this.

Well, things are still character building but getting there.
Did plan at getting up at 4am and well.
That didn’t happen.
But today definitely IS better.
Had a great therapist call yesterday. The main thing that came out is that not only does quarantine gets bunches of people bored (contributing to looting/rioting that destroy the protest message) …
… but it also gets people thinking about their own past and what they could have done better (which is my current mindspace right now).
So… one thing good to do if possible:
Forgive yourself.
It takes a lot. 🙁
