So I bought that, hollowed each out, stir-fried them, stuffed them with the rice mixture, and voila.

Lunch was interesting too…. the husband was not doing well, so I made an emergency run to Burger King (2 for $5 fish sandwiches!)…. and….
… Mo the Amazing Mowing PiggyMoose plus the Beak of Doom joined him.

Don’t forget yesterdays:
Where was I? Ah yes, Wednesday!
Took my youngest to DBT therapy yesterday (that’s “a specific type of cognitive-behavioral psychotherapy developed in the late 1980s by psychologist Marsha M. Linehan to help better treat borderline personality disorder. Since its development, it has also been used for the treatment of other kinds of mental health disorders.”) and it was exhausting but very very very good. Both the kids and parents went over ways to handle stress via mindfulness (aka, recognizing your reactions, your actions, and the space between it all).

In other Lingland news, I did get to the gym (several times) – once for weight lifting in the morning, then for swimming with the husband (look at the infinite reflections!):
