Where was I? Ah yes, Wednesday! I had the following Deep Gym Thought yesterday:

Your takeaway?
There’s always a starting point no matter how small.
But nobody will start it FOR you.
That occurred after I had seen an overweight person biking very slowly at Planet Fitness….
…. but that person was leagues ahead of people who never give themselves permission to start first!
In other news, Honorable Son 2 had the school concert yesterday. Thank the blessed cups of coffee that band was NOT part of it…. (don’t get me wrong, I played the trumpet for 12 years when I was young, but yep…. highschool is when the band starts to sound tolerable) so it was only 35 minutes or so.
For such things we are grateful.
