Where was I? Ah yes, Thursday!
Yesterday was… non-optimal, to say the least. To wit:
“…Well. I verified I can run when needed without my cane although I pay for it big time.
Was sitting in the lobby of meridian gym. The nice old man who needs to use a walker shuffled by (his legs are 90% inoperable).
He went out the door to the parking lot and then I heard the cleaning lady gasp, he fell down!
Zoomed out I did minus my cane (I must have, I have zero recall of it) and got down on the ground next to him to hold him. Other folks came by to help pick him up, I helped brace his rear (the only way I could offer leverage) and he eventually was able to get up.
My knees are banged up (again no recollection of anything) but really glad I was able to help .
Pokemon product might be a bit delayed .
Wow. Interesting morning….”
So yesterday was massive recovery for me. Hope to maybe get to they gym today but not counting on it.
