Thing is….
Losing the winning lottery ticket.
Can you imagine what that must be like?
You *know* that somewhere in your house or car is your ticket to Easy Street…. but for some reason, you simply cannot uncover that *safe* place where you stashed it.
It would be extremely easy to panic, right?
Panicking, however, accomplishes nothing (unless you’re panicking that if you drop that lighted match you’re holding, into that tank of gasoline, you’ll wipe out a large city block, so you extinguish that match and go out for coffee).
You need to breathe deeply and then take charge of your future *calmly*.
Which is what I did when I realized my domain had gone… byebye.
Whew! So glad I got it back.
‘Sides that yesterday however… It was a “take care of Barb” day so yay.

Amazingly… I slept.
Which is why this is soooo late.
I’m feeling ‘way more alive today and can ideally go with the husband to swim.

I so totally smooshed myself down that I simply lacked the energy and drive to do so. 🙁
I hope I’m making up for it now, however, as its around, oh 1:30am Monday morning….
… and I really had yet to sleep. Woke up by throwing up (always a joy) so yep….
… I’ve had better centuries I think.
Thing is, though…
Pregnancy.
Nope, not pregnant – ever since Magnificent Ling Kid #4, I had the husband fixed….
… but oh wow, I sure do remember those delights of morning sickness, morning, noon and night!
I remember with my first… it got SO bad that I memorized all the best spots for pulling over quickly on the Garden State Parkway, simply to throw up.
Motherhood – at times it does defy description! 🙂
But you know… after said 4 kids, I can definitely say its been super worthwhile indeed!
Elsewhere in Lingland, the husband and I did get to the gym (yay!) and did have a lunch date (yay!) and oh yes….
The closing of Season 1 of Star Trek Discovery was BEYOND magnificent.
It really was!
Even if I was on bedrest, I did dress for the occasion:
Yep, Star Trek Discovery is abbreviated by DISCO.
It works for me!
Today I have absolutely no idea what will happen, because I’ll most likely be on bedrest.
And that’s all because, in a nutshell:
