Yesterday was…. character-building.
Sadly enough, I was up for 22 hours until finally falling asleep at 4am for 2 hours…
…. and then up again until 7pm last night.
So yep, yesterday was *weird*.
But today I’m doing ‘way better!

“So! Confession time. Not only did I stop gym over the past few weeks I also stopped updating y’all on my physical health . The facts are, I gained weight and lost motivation to fix that due to difficulties in motion at times and such.

Not good.

It always happens.
Catch up on sleep one day…
Stay awake 22 hours the next day.
ARGH!
So yep, that’s why this newsletter is a wee bit late today. 🙁
But I did get to the gym!
But first:
You know…
… months ago, I could get out products (at the very latest) in 2 days.
That included making ALL the products the funnel, the sales pages, the DL pages and the like.
Thing is as you get older (I’m discovering), there are times where you give undeserving tweebleheads rent-free in your mind.
And it’s SO tough to get rid of that.
Such things really smooshed me for many days now.
I personally have no excuse (well the husband stated that contrary to my own popular belief, I am NOT SuperWoman and should treat myself better and give myself time to rest).
I think a lot of it (for me) comes from unreasonable fear.
Why unreasonable? Because I have zero reason to fear anything when it comes to Internet Marketing!
and yet its still there.
From my past experiences with such things…. they usually happen when I’m meant to move to the next level (whatever that might be).
Your takeaway?
Fear is okay in small doses because it hones your senses.
In larger doses, it can paralyze you.
THAT is totally undesirable indeed.
