Ah yes, it’s Thursday!
Oh wow, what a day yesterday.
Had a good conversation with Kid4 and Kid4Friend, and made this video:
It talks about how pride is a very lonely companion at night, and how holding fast to pride can be a huge mistake.
And about your personal greatness?
I wrote this yesterday:
All in all, a rather good day indeed. Got to bike twice for half an hour each time (yay!). Got launch ready to go, yay! Finally started re-templating my launches and thinking about the same for launches with Dennis Becker and myself (like the really cool one that’s going live tomorrow!).
Lots of personal soul-searching as well. I deserve excellent treatment… first and foremost, by myself. I’ve realized that for quite awhile now, I haven’t really honored what I am capable of achieving.
That has to change.
I’m really superb at teaching others how to let their inner greatness shine… but I do confess that while I put health/selfcare as an important thingee… I haven’t really put “me care” as a critical component either.
That must change as well.
How it will happen… well, we’ll see.

Ever wish you could short-cut that faster than toddlers inhale chocolate anything?
Well then!

… but ‘way ‘way more!
And that ‘way ‘way more is the unfortunate fact that when you buy followers, you’re generally mainly buying bots to follow you.
And the unfortunate thing about bots…
… they do NOT proactively engage you via your Twitter participation!
Thus…
It can look *really* bad if you have a huuuuuge following and perhaps only 2 or 3 likes for each of your online tweets.
What to do, what to do!
Well, one thing you can do is grow your Twitter reach organically….
… OR …
Invest in paid Twitter Advertising to get your message out to people who would LOVE to follow you if they knew you existed!

Ah yes, it’s Tuesday!
At around… 12:30am.
Wow I’m tired.
Today was spent finalizing the next Dennis and Barb launch…
… Because my earlier ideas for the sales funnel had to be moved around (I originally had focused the launch on blog posts, but then moved it over to affiliate marketing).
So I wrote on my wall:
[ Pro Marketing Tip ]
If you find yourself sketching out a sales funnel and then change the premise of the front end …
… make sure you change your upsells/downsells to complement THAT new idea.
I had (still have) a glorious idea for made-for-you future enhancements that I realize now … do NOT fit into the new product launch.
These things happen. And rather than simply keeping the funnel as it was, I’m now restructuring it to provide ‘way better value for the customer (not to mention, increased commissions to the affiliates!).
Your takeaway? Ego has no place in marketing (believing in your personal greatness, btw, is NOT ego – it’s simple common sense).
Don’t be afraid to admit your initial vision now doesn’t fit with your current vision… and adapt as necessary.
