Down. Out. Count. Finally fell asleep at 11pm or so, up now at 4:43am, going to try and go back to sleep after this. Really really really chronic pain.
Got my arm xrays and notice anything… unusual?
Yep, another bone lump. Wheee! And that doesn’t show the one on my ribcage either.
Almost certainly, its not malignant, but now methinks I know why my arm keeps wanting to fall off.
Wheee part 2! Scheduling time to see doc.
But I did get to the gym yesterday:

… and FB showed me, 6 years ago!
Swoon at my biceps back then.
So nice to see what I once was able to do!
I have no idea what today feels like, except “get back to sleep”.
