Where was I? Ah yes, Tuesday!
My iPhone is going insane.
Okay, granted, true… I’ve had it now for about 3872 years (it’s an iPhone 5s or 5c or 5 something or other… I remember getting it when the iPhone 5 thingee went live during Black Friday of 2012.
OMG.
I’ve had it for 5 years… that MIGHT be why the iPhone 5 battery is dying a slow and painful death!!
Wow.
That IS long. ‘course, my personal phone was made during the Stone Age (clamshell without data), so yep.
Hmmmm.
Anywhos! So, I was all set to trade in my glorious iPhone for a Google Pixel XL thingee….
… except the 128 version apparently is NOT available and WONT be available until late March.
🙁
Sigh.
Now, if *you* are experience phone battery drain, here’s something helpful:

I got to the gym!
Want to know how I did it?
I wrote how:
“How to ensure you’ll always have time for the gym.
Ever feel like you never have time for the gym?
If so, remember the following.
You do NOT have to do an hour at the gym… to form a habit.
Every time you see me post a picture outside Planet Fitness, you can rest assured that I am spending 15 minutes there… *tops*.
See, when I am optimal, every morning, I drop off my youngest to school…. and then stop at the Planet Fitness in my town. I will ONLY do weight lifting/strength training.
That generally requires only 10 minutes (15 minutes if I add in the Butt Blaster like I did this morning… first time since my tummy tuck of over a year ago!).
10 minutes… and I’m done.
Every other gym action is gravy after that!
But to bring this post back to the original premise….
The way to ensure you always have time for the gym is to give yourself permission to start quick.
5 minutes, 10 minutes, any minutes…. it’s better than 0 minutes.
And you go from there.

So its basically just 5 minutes or 10 minutes….
… but it’s *something*. Woot!
