Did you notice I didn’t send out an update yesterday?
First time in over a year!
I actually managed to sleep past 6am…
…. and by the time I got up and around, it was time to take the husband up north to get his stitches taken out!
Utterly insane driving yesterday it was but ’tis all good.
Here’s how it started:
Stitches removed!
Followed by reward lunch! The food was other-worldly… utterly incredible.
Followed by my PT:
Which was pretty amazing I will say.
In the evening, the husband fixed up a mini cone of shame for his finger:
Isn’t that cool? He made it out of a toilet paper roll and a hair band – it keeps the wound open to the air BUT protected.

Ah yes Sunday!
Yesterday was a very quiet day indeed.
Was able to get to the gym in the morning but basically…
… that was all.
However, did manage to get up around 4:40am today and get back into product creation mode, which is most excellent for me.
In Lingland, all seems well, nothing out of the ordinary…. checked in with all kids at all colleges and yep, nothing too drastic is happening.
One thing though, one of our budgies, BB, seems to have gone missing. 🙁 I’m assuming he got startled during the night and flew to the sides of the room and is right now probably hiding… hopefully he’ll return soon.

I will confess, yesterday was totally shot.
I did manage to get to Physical Therapy though so yay but yep…
Bedrest/sleep kind of day.
Slept for 10 hours during the evening and methinks I’m much more alive today so yay!
LingLand wise, all is well. Some kids will be coming home for Fall Break so yay again!
