Hey there,

Barb Ling from several centuries ago here. How the heck are you? 🙂

As you might remember – yes! I’m back kinda sorta maybe… and let me tell you, the journey has been indeed… *character-building*. But I’m finally pulling myself out of the past 4 year depression or so!

I did this via these ideas and more:

* Took ownership of my depression. And OMG this was/is SO incredibly hard… I honestly had zero clue how depression can smoosh yourself beyond all insanity. 🙁 So I’m dealing with the combinations of menopause and everything via:

* Therapist. Getting thru all of the unacknowledged trauma and thingees of the past 26 years or so. Found a truly wonderful one… so there’s that.

* Meds. Messed-up/unbalanced brain chemicals, wheeee! Never let ANYONE tell you they cannot be helpful ’cause guess what. They can! 🙂

* More exercise. It’s still a challenge but! Even a little bit helps. Got to the gym too!

(Woot go me! 🙂 )
